Joan Giné 2018: 50% Garnacha, 40% Cariñena and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Garnacha and Cariñena from vineyards over 35 years old, and Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards 20 to 25 years old. Ruby colour, clear and medium-bodied. Pleasant entry, expressive richness, gains volume and tension in the mouth: red fruits (blueberries, currants, raspberries) on a background of spicy notes such as pepper, balsamic and menthol. Long and persistent finish. A classic Priorat.
Angelia 2019: A wine from the Morera de Montsant estate. Cabernet (70%), Garnacha, Cariñena. Enriching complexity, elegant and enveloping. Aromatically intense on the nose and in the mouth, aromas of candied black fruit, and notes of cocoa and black pepper. Sweet on the palate, it is a sweet wine, with a lot of volume and breadth, black fruits and balsamic.
Pleret 2014: Grenache and Carignan from two century-old vines, from Gratallops. Priorat essence and magic in the glass. Black fruit, delicate menthol notes, aromatic herbs, and a mineral background. Great structure and complexity. Long on the palate and persistent at the end. An intense and profound wine: it incorporates the knowledge and wisdom of old vines.
