- New
BUIL is a classic and ambitious interpretation of Tinta de Toro, where technique serves the vineyard. Pre-fermentation maceration with dry ice maximizes aromatic extraction without sacrificing freshness, while aging in new French oak barrels provides structure, longevity, and complexity. BUIL is a wine born of extreme landscapes and old vines, expressing the strength of the sun, the austerity of the soil, and the depth of Tinta de Toro. It is not a wine for quick compromises, but a wine of time, patience, and character, designed to evolve in the bottle and reveal, over the years, all the nobility of its origin.
