Grenache and Carignan from two plots of century-old vines in Gratallops and Bellmunt del Priorat. Bush-trained vines planted in 1905 and 1911, respectively. Certified organic farming.

Each variety is vinified separately. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for around 14–18 months depending on the vintage. This is followed by blending and bottling. The wine then rests in the cellar for up to seven years before release.

Tasting notes: COLOR: deep garnet with ruby-red rim, clean and bright. On the NOSE: mineral, with predominant ripe forest fruits and subtle toasted notes.

On the PALATE: very fine and well-balanced, with an entry of ripe fruit evolving into fresher notes. The finish is unctuous, long, and with delicate hints of wood.
