Giné Blanc 2025 Blanc de Noirs · 100% Garnacha 30-year-old vines · Gratallops, Priorat.
Sourced from estate vineyards in Gratallops, one of Priorat’s most defining villages, this wine reflects the region’s austere, schist-dominated soils and Mediterranean extremes. Here, Garnacha is naturally low-yielding, with the vine forced into deep rooting and physiological balance, favouring concentration and structural precision over volume.
A distinctive white wine with its own personality, bridging varietal tradition and a modern vision: luminous, vibrant, elegant, and unique

Winemaking:Fermented in stainless steel tanks over approximately three weeks under controlled temperatures. The wine is then clarified, gently filtered, and bottled. No oak is employed, with the clear intention of preserving varietal definition and site transparency.
Appearance: Pale straw with bright, steely reflections. Limpid and precise, with fine, persistent tears, indicating freshness and moderate alcohol.
Nose:Refined, precise, and quietly expressive, with medium intensity and excellent definition. Aromas of fresh white fruit—pear and green apple—are interwoven with subtle suggestions of red berries, notably underripe strawberry and raspberry, more nuanced than overt, alongside a delicate citrus lift.
Palate:Fresh, linear, and well-balanced on entry. The wine moves with precision and fluidity, supported by vibrant, well-integrated acidity. Texture is a key attribute: supple, lightly glyceric, and gently enveloping while maintaining a sense of lift— an articulate expression of Garnacha handled with restraint.
