2 JOAN GINÉ 2019 – Traditional Priorat: dense, profound, with the soul of warm earth
2 ANGELIA 2019 – High-Altitude Priorat: fresh, refined, and aromatically expressive
JOAN GINÉ 2019 – Traditional Priorat: dense, profound, with the soul of warm earth
Deep cherry-red color, full-bodied with garnet hues.
On the nose, it is intense and complex: ripe black fruit (blackberry, plum), balsamic notes, graphite, licorice, and cocoa over a mineral background characteristic of slate.
On the palate, it is broad, structured, and powerful, with firm yet rounded tannins. Garnacha contributes sweetness, Cariñena adds tension, and Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure.
Long, warm, and persistent finish with mineral and spicy notes.
ANGELIA 2019 – High-Altitude Priorat: fresh, refined, and aromatically expressive
Brilliant garnet-red color with violet reflections, full-bodied, vibrant.
Elegant and perfumed nose with fresh red fruit (cherry, raspberry), violets, sweet pepper notes, fine spices, and a subtle smoky touch from French oak.
On the palate, it is balanced, with a fresh attack and fine tannins. Fluid, long, and silky in texture.
Cabernet Franc provides verticality and fragrance; Garnacha and Syrah add roundness and a persistent floral finish.
