Elaboration: The grape varieties have the fermentation separately in a controlled temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. The wine will age for approximately 14 months in French oak barrels in a controlled temperature (16ºC).
Taste: Red and garnet wine, with violet reflexes. Dry and complex, with a combination of black fruit comfiture and cocoa and black pepper notes.
Recommendations: Drink at temperatures between 12ºC and 16ºC, and up to 15 years after elaboration.
