2 JOAN GINÉ BLANC 2020 (D.O.Q)"This expressive, medium-bodied white offers notes of glazed peach, chamomile, honeysuckle and almond, with a background of spices, heather and elements of wet stone. Its vibrant and well-integrated acidity gives it intensity and energy.

2 NOSIS 2022 (D.O RUEDA) Buil & Giné, based in Gratallops in Priorat and one of the main producers there, expanded its operation to Rueda a couple of decades ago. Their "Nosis", made from 35-year-old Verdejo vines, found in sandy loam soils, displays lovely floral aromas and crisp citrus flavours. In the mouth it is fresh with a smooth texture and bright acidity.

Quantity

JOAN GINÉ BLANC 2020 (DOQ PRIORAT): Garnacha Blanca 70%, Macabeo 20%, Viognier and Pedro Jiménez 10%. Vineyards over 40 years old, located in Gratallops.

The different varieties of this wine are collected at their optimal point of maturation, they are fermented separately, at an initial temperature of 14 ºC. Said fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, starting here the battonage. . After aging for six months we proceed to bottling.

Bright yellow color and medium body. Of great aromatic complexity, it expresses citrus touches and notes of white fruit such as white peach, melon and pear. Very intense and with a broad palate, with volume and great structure in the mouth, being unctuous, meaty and with a vibrant and integrated acidity that provides freshness and liveliness.

NOSIS 2022: 100% Verdejo (D.O RUEDA): Selection of two vineyards with more than 35 years on terraces over the Duero River. Sandy loam soil with abundant stones in its first horizon and clay loam in its second horizon.

Pre-fermentative cryomaceration at 8 ºC, alcoholic fermentation at 18 ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is finished, the wine rests on its fine lees for two months. Bottling continues.

Bright straw yellow color. Aromatically intense, on the nose and in the mouth. Friendly and enveloping entry, unctuous, dense and intense, with citrus aromas, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit (pear) and tropical (mango, passion fruit); background of aromatic herbs such as fennel and anise.
